When we found out Leigh was going to be in Wyoming we made plans to be there for sure! She lives in Maui and had baby Kaela in October. We'll just HAVE to go see them in Hawaii, too!Left St. George Thursday the 2nd to stay in Draper and attend the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house on Friday. After seeing the Temple and eating at The Training Table and shopping at Nordstrom rack... we headed North and stopped in Lander.
We were hungry and holding out for the Breadboard! As we pulled up their sign said they were closed, but we saw a gal outside in back and she said we could come in and they'd make us some sandwiches! We took our delectible dinner out to the pasture at Dr. Bills and met with Grandma and Grandpa Frahm, Great Grandma Frahm, and Great Aunt Gretchen to watch the freedom festival. So GREAT!

Saturday we tried to sleep in because we got to Worland and to bed about 2am. Grandma and Gretchen came up and Grandma Hansen came down for the day from Lovell and we had a bbq and hung out all day. It was nice and RELAXING. We took Grandpa's stunt kite over to the High School fields to fly it and Haleigh started chasing a Robin and it pooped on her!!! Then we bought fireworks and went to Great Aunt Shanna's to do out own and enjoy the other fireworks in the basin.
Sunday we went to church and saw all our friends there including some that we also home visiting. Mya even went to nursery! Spent the rest of the afternoon eating spagehtti with Grandma and Gretchen and visiting some more until they had to go home. Michael and Haleigh had a sleep over with Brennan and Kasey.

Monday we went up to Meeteetsee with Grandpa and hung out with all his buddies up there who some I hadn't seen since I was probably Michael's age! It was SO nice in the mountains.
Tuesday we went out to Banjo Beach at Drake Lake! :) and met Kaela and went swimming and visited with Leigh and my friend Jenny and her kids.
On Wednesday we got up and moving and picked up Kasey and Brennan and headed to Lovell to see Grandma. We played at the park for awhile with our friends who we miss since they've moved back up from St. George. Then we drove over and got Aunt Jeanette for our annual China Garden Feast! Mmmmm. It was SO good! We had a good visit with aunt Jeanette and got to catch up on all her pictures of Brad who's finishing up in Louisiana and Kyle in Colombia on their missions. Brad comes home next month already!!
We stopped for a minute in Byron, Wyoming to snap a picture of the new statue of my Great-Great-Great Grandpa Bryon Sessions. Also drove by my Great Grandparents Orlo and Savanna Sessions house where I remember going to visit.
We can't go to Grandma Frahm's and not have Taco's!
Thursday we quite literally bummed around. Julie didn't do anything until 5pm. I got a slow start but then visited with my oldest friend Heidi and we took our kids to lunch at the Brass Plum (another yummy) And Mya and I dropped in at Daniel's aunt Sharon's to visit her for a minute. That evening was the 37th annual ice cream social at the hospital to raise money for the auxillary. It's really not a big event, but we grew up always going so it was another little piece of hometown nostalgia!
Friday we took Leigh and Sid on a tour of the Pepsi plant and had lunch at Taco Johns for the 3rd or 4th time of the week. Then the kids had another sleep over with Kasey and Brennan.
Saturday I got up and mowed the lawn and started making salads for the Luau that Shanna was having out at Banjo Beach & Drake Lake in honor of Leigh and Sid being home from Hawaii. I also got a much needed nap. Grandma Frahm picked us some fresh peas and carrots out of their garden at Great Grandma Christensen's to take home with us! Their garden really humbled me about ours. The Luau was alot of fun. Got to see my cousins Chris and wife Janell and Ramie and Michelle. Aunt Robyn and Uncle Alan came up from Denver and Robyn even danced the Huki Lau with Haleigh so she wouldn't be too nervous doing it by herself! Thanks Baba! The kids swam and played games in the yard and everyone ate WAY too much food and roasted s'mores! Wish EVERYONE could have been there.

Sounds like you had a fun trip like we did. Isn't it fun to see family and old friends? I take it you didn't have time to stop on your way back. That's okay! I'll forgive you haha! Glad you had fun!
It is BEAUTIFUL there! It makes me miss home! Glad you had such a fun trip, I bet your kids (and parents) loved every minute of it! These SB pages are adorable, can't wait to come to that class. Talk to you soon..
Your pictures are adorable. I really need to learn how to do it too. I came to that class and bought the software but have never even tried.
