The bottom layer was Chocolate with a milk chocolate filling, and the top two layers were white with what I'm calling the "ice cream" filling. It's really good, made with cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk, almond extract, and lots of sugar!

You know what? I like YOUR cake better!! You amaze me!!I think you need to take on cupcakes next. Or, just start practicing for an AWESOME Strawberry Shortcake themed b-day coming up in August... Just a little thought!
